touchwiz launcher at 220 dpi

Hi everyone, I recently came from the htc one s, I love the s2 but one thing that bothers me is the resolution, so I changed it to 220 dpi, and everything is working great except touchwiz launcher needs to be resized for 220 dpi and 5x5 app drawer, does this already exist or does anyone know how this can be done?
