TP Keyboard won't reconnect after hibernate

I'm trying to use the TP keyboard (from HP) with Android and/or windows. Once the keyboard goes into hibernate, it doesn't re-establish a connection when woken up. the keyboard must be 'connected' to windows, or 'repaired' from android.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Also, windows doesn't even register the keystroke for the 'power' button. Anyone know how to remap it to the 'Del' key?
