The first Nexus One I bought had major touch screen issues. That I couldn't deal with it.

You should just return it instead of trading with someone you don't know online. Too much possible consequences from that.

Plus, if you return the HD2 and rebuy the Nexus One, you'll still kinda have a hardware warranty.

yeah a tough thing to trade online. Id be very interested in making that move (if it was the telstra version of the HD2), but if you have a T-mobile version, doing the return would be the simple move.

You will prolly have better luck in your area if you use craigslist. In the Dallas Fort worth area there are a few ppl that have posted up for trades.
