"Trade-in" Blacklisted Samsung Note10 for Note20. Consequences, etc?

Would Samsung accept Blacklisted Note10 as a trade-in for Note20? Would they even check? Troubles after? I believe they have the software to reprogram IMEI anyway, it's their phone after all.

Depending where you are, in my country malaysia, they will check when you trade in your phone. If it is blacklisted, they will refuse the trade in.
