Trade in LG G4?

When I ordered this phone it gave an option to trade in an LG G4 for the $425 trade in credit but now it only says Pixel, XL, LG - G6, G5, V20.....anyone else try and send in a G4?

Just call and get exception, they will take any phone to keep you away from Apple

I just checked myself as I have yet to order and was a previous N7 owner. It still says LG G4 available for trade-in for $425 on my end....

yes went back and took a picture of it saying g4 when you order...will have to find a number to call to make sure....losing that $425 would hurt

Does anyone know since I was a note 7 owner and I have a lg v20 but I preordered my note 8 from Att and already have it can I take it back to Att and get my credit for my v20 or because I had a note 7?

You need to purchase from Samsung to get that discount, I don't know what att's return policy is but if you haven't had the phone long you can probably return it minus a restocking fee but then you still need to order from Samsung.
