[TRICK][SONY,SE] add arabic, persian language to any ICS,JB stock based ROM

many of Arab and Persian wait for months for their turn to update there devices just to continue using their devices with local languages while the latest FTF is already here at XDA, or if you want to try a custom ROM with your own lang. so here is the right place for you:

Only for Sony and Sony Ericsson.

requirements:
- stock or stock based ROM
- Rooted phone
- root file explorer & note editor " I will use ES file explorer since it has both"

steps:
1- open file explorer and mount system RW
2- go to system open build.prob
3- look for ro.product.locale.excluded=

4- delete ar_EG to activate Arabic Egypt or fa_IR for Farsi Iran " or simply delete the line to have all available languages"

5- save and reboot
Done.

the mentioned method tested on several ICS ( 2011-2012 ) and JB ( Xperia E from 2013 )
do it on your own responsibility

Is that applied to Sony Xperia Z Ultra?
