yesterday i flashed my titan with this rom and when i go in about your phone the rom version is 7.5. Did i forget something ?
Sorry i try to translate my french aswer in english and it's not easy

I'm probably wrong, but I think the only way to have 7.8 is to use English as default language...

I guess flashing will erase everything on the phone... is there a way to keep data backup : SMS, data apps, etc.

In Deepshining 2.0 ROM problem with calendar not exist ! All works fine.

Today I see that problem with calendar - does not update. But I found fix for that:

Works with my windows live calendar. I also have an exchange calendar and it shows. Try opening the calendar, open settings and toggle your calendar off and on. See if that helps at all.

At this moment works, but how long - need to check.

I have the calendar issue too... It doesn't update anymore. I've tried to tick/untick my calendar in settings, but nothing happened.

Anyway, good job !!

Just another question : how can I have Nokia Marketplace. I use WPH Tweak, but this feature seems to not be implanted anymore !

You have to change value in two registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Platform\DeviceTargetingInfo\OemName - change to: NOKIA
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Platform\DeviceTargetingInfo\MODeviceName change to: LUMIA 800
and softreset device. After restart in market store you will have Nokia collections

camera settings

I am using Turkish language pack.
There is an error in camera settings.
When I flash settings are only available in the camera settings.

When I select other languages, there is no problem.
all the options available in the camera settings.

right now there is no way to hspl means unlock
the titan 2
then there is no way to install custom roms

do not try please do not try to install any rom

it will not work

cotulla is gone and there is no way to hspl the device
maybe never will be

No you can't use ANY of the HTC TITAN ROM on TITAN II.

I'm not sure about future support as only dotcompt can comment on that. But please don't try Titan 1 ROMs on Titan 2!

money was offered for the first custom rom for titan

he did hspl and rom

ppl dindt pay
he was gonna buy a titan 2 to hspl

now his twitter account has no movement for few months
so there is no info whatsoever
and the dft web site is in chinese

he was working on a double wm6 and wp7 mix
running both in a single device
and then he was gone

What's wrong with spl2.05 other than random radio lock downs? - which btw, can be solved if we go to updated version from HTC website and come back to HSPL.

Can you elaborate some more on this? I'm having trouble flashing a different radio.
I visited the HTC website and applied the spl 2.6 fix (I think, it flashed super fast compared to ospl 2.05).
Was I supposed to update to a rom that had 2.6 spl already then apply the fix?

If you applied the spl 2.6 fix (super fast is how it flashes) then it should now let you get a new radio.

You just apply the SPL 2.6 fix on whatever ROM/Radio version you are stuck with.

Then get DFT HSPL and so you will downgrade to DFT SPL 2.5 first and then HSPL it.

Then you are flash whatever radio you desire followed by the ROM that runs with that radio.

Hope this helps - this is how I managed to flash radio 16 after being stuck on radio 17 ROMs for a few weeks.

Again, read. That's all I can say here.

That ROM zip has a file called "Instructions" and it clearly says "Flash radio 17.xxx" before it talks about flashing the ROM.

I feel for the devs who put an extra effort with "Read me" and "Instructions" in their folders!
