trouble shooting

so im having issues with my phone
i tried 2 roms , viper one 5 , viper one 4.6.0 , viper one 4.6.1 / skydragon marshmallow
all three of them
these don't work
proximity sensor , flashlight , and auto rotate , wake up gestures... so far maybe more that i don't know about
i am running the latest firmware
hboot 3.19 s-on
radio 1.25.214500021.06G
os-4.16.401.10
twrp 2.8.7.0
ive tried flashing boot img via fastboot even tried installing kernel and flashing its own boot img
no luck
the rom runs fine but is kinda faulty
what am i doing wrong ?
it worked flawlessly before with viper 4.6.0

and still same issues appear..
could it be hardware ?

hboot 3.19 s-on
radio 1.25.214500021.06G
os-4.16.401.10
twrp 2.8.7.0

That's not the latest firmware.

Try revert to stock 4.16.401.10 then do update to 4.16.401.3 then to the latest 6.12.401.4

If it is not hardware failure, then all your sensor should work fine.
Once you updated it to 6.12.401.4, you should have all updated sensors, radio & adsp

but when i flash it in bootloader , ruu
it says remote 12 signature verify fail
i am unlocked
but i am s-on

You can't flash OTA

Option 1 you need to relock bootloader.

I'm on mobile and bit busy, unable to write better instructions.

thank you that worked i now have the latest firmware but no luck ,
the same problems still occur ..
any idea what could it be ?

Then it is a hardware failure .. that's my conclusion. Unless someone else would say something.
