I buyed a chinese K5 Vibe note K52e78, 3Gb ram, 32Gb rom and comes with android 5.1 (VIBEUI_k52e78) ROM installed. My idea is to aupdate to android 6, and I.ve reading about in forums a dedicated webs, but I have some confused ideas about that operation, first because I´ve read about de troubles with the phone after flashing.
First I tried to update the K5 note with Lenovo Moto Smart Asistant 3.0.0.6, and after connect the phone and push
Update button, the program test it and find from Lenovo external server a new rom version (I suppose chinese too, but maybe international, as the one that comes with the phone) named (VIBEUI_V.3.5_1724_5.736.1....) that identifies as the last version update for this K5 Note. After triying many times the updating, always gets the same error at the begining of rom download that show 0% and the flash error appears...
Searching the log file from Smart assistant, I, but got the url where the rom is stored and could download, but one time the rom is in my computer I can see that structure and data are different. I tried to flash this rom with
Sp-Flash tools, with MT67XX drivers preloaded, and the problem is that the program don´t recognice the SCATTER file as a valid one. All the needed files are stored in main folder and there are two others named META-INF and SIG.
I´ve found many roms, usually internationals, (A7020a48_S312_160926_ROW) as example, that comes with a data structure with 3 folders and principal files stored in "target_bin" subfolder. For flashing with Sp-flash tools with these roms there is no trouble for begining, and recognice perectly

My cuestion is:
¿How could I flash my phone with the rom - android 6- that I downloaded from Lenovo server (the same that conects Lenovo Smart Assistant) and that with SPFT is not possible to use as it comes, witn any change?
¿Could I use another flashing utility for flahsing these type of roms? Or any suggested modifications in order that
SPFT, recognice the Scatter rigth file?
