Hello fellow members, I had a problem and good maybe you can help me in this regard.
I installed Bluestacks to mostly use Whatsapp on PC, because I have no phone, the issue is that everything was going well, occasionally making backups of Whatsapp folder (which basically keeps everything) on my pc, and used normally Bluestacks. For a while I did not backup (as I regret
) that worked well, and an overnight stopped working!
No opened or started, I was days trying to find a solution and found nothing anywhere! I lost many photos, messages and important things you would not even I imagined losing :crying:, so I gave up, I decided to reinstall BlueStacks, when I go to uninstall I get a poster asking if I wanted to save the data and I put that if obviously but when you uninstall, ccleaner pass, reboot and reinstall there was nothing, but nothing, the BlueStacks clean only no backup or anything :crying::crying:
Please if someone did this happen I ask you to help me, I made a backup of a file that as I read it is basically the core of the program, is a .fs file of 418MB, but can not find program to "open" the backup . Sorry for my bad english. Thank you :good:
