I reported severe quality problems to the given email contact adresses: [email protected] & [email protected] -
even after reminding again and again there is no answer at all from Omate.
I reported:
- the little srews on the back side holding the back cover start to oxidize and corrode - unbelievable, this
is something what may never never happen
from the beginning I have to complain also:
- the charging cradle does not hold the watch titly enough to get contacted to the electrical contacts,
I always have to put the watch into a self build bracket to clamp the contacts together
- the speaker is terribly weak, so that I can only do phone calls when there is absolutely no noise around

. My Truesmart (1st version) is dead, certainly because of the battery : the last time I tried to charge it, nothing happened so I couldn't restart after battery was totally over.
