[Trying to boot kernel] FAILED (remote: 'Flashing is not allowed in Lock State')

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting the kernel to boot after entering the unlock code for my XZ1 on the FlashTool. I tried to follow the instructions from Sony's website on Command Prompt, but the unlock code didn't work there. This is what I've done so far:

1. Phone did tell me "Yes" for Bootloader Unlock Allowed
2. I turned on USB Debugging and OEM unlock on my phone
3. I got the unlock code from Sony
4. I installed the fastboot and adb drivers
5. I entered the unlock code on the FlashTool

I have no idea what I can do from here. I'm using Windows 10, so I don't know if I missed something relating to that OS. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I tried using Command Prompt before using the FlashTool, but it said "Command Did Not Succeed" when I tried to enter the code exactly how Sony's website told me to...

I'm just stuck and have no clue on what to do next. Do you have any other ideas?

i think you need to turn on access to internet wifi or mobile data
then re-enable oem unlock
for me it work after enable oem-unlock wifi turn on

Do I have to leave my phone on while it's connected if I need my phone to access the internet? I've always had it on fastboot, but that means my phone would have to be off.
