Today I wrote to an employee from AINAVI and he recommended me H5 4GB+64GB. He said it was more stable in sound and in conversations.

Hi, yes more memory for device is much more stable and fluent unit ! H5 and H6 are the most advanced for Topway units (TS10-18).
As seen above - description of my unit - only thing I can tell you for now, it rocks, with no errors or sideffects of using it, altough , you must watch for CANBUS box - sometimes sellers provide you with wrong canbus boxes for units - use HIWORLD canbus or the one that really suits your model and year of a car. Otherwise it will be problem with steering wheel buttons and system infomatics of a car.

Qualcomm processors are faster and much more stable than Mediatek (Chinese processors like this one on image).
A little bit expensive but worthy of buying, I think you should get Qualcomm

Hello!

I bought a unit off amazon from a seller named bestycar, android 10, UIS8581A and a matching canbus wiring adapter/kit so it was plug-n-play on my end. Other than the supplied USB adapter being incorrect (trying to get them to do something about that) its been pretty great. I'm not going to connect my personal google account to it but I'll connect it to my fake account for updating and apps and such.

The dash kit fit pretty well, needs a little tab trimmed on the bottom for my vehicle but that's my fault~ish. I am looking to get some help with amp/eq settings since I have replaced the door speakers but haven't added an amp or anything, and the audio sounds better than stock but not where I want it. But i'll do some searching and research before asking anything about that.

Anything scary I need to know about these? So far I'm impressed, it's pretty darn responsive and came with a sim slot (I'll likely never use) and suppossedly dual bluetoooth, so I can keep my phone connected and also connect my OSBD bluetooth adapter, but I haven't messed with that yet, and I'm not sure I care enough to.

I did have to change the backup camera settings to NTSC instead of PAL or whatever the other choices were and it's a slight downgrade from the quality on the stock headunit, but I'm not sure I care.

We do not give unit preinstalled apps here it is illegal. You must ask your seller to provide you with same app that was preinstalled.

Hi all,

Since this is for Topway TS18 thread, this apk file might you incase, you need some of the software with this headunit. The app name is Dofun Play. Dofun is the company that makes theme for Topway headunit T series. Inside this app have the theme app and the others useful app ONLY for Topway T series.

Note : INSIDE this app have a TLINK5 too. TLINK5 and TLINK are different variant and have different license. IF your headunit comes with TLINK5 than can update it to latest version, if your headunit comes with TLINK, then you can only can update the others app except TLINK.

TS18 units (may work also with T10 units)

For case if users can't change logo or sellers are not allowing them to change logos and boot anim download and use this logos :

Procedure for installing BOOT LOGO :

Find your default logo installed on root directory (usually is on ANDROID/DATA/.../logo or something like that - find it where is exactly - image would be like that logo_xxxx.png)
Copy and paste that file "logos_xxxx.png" or what ever it is called to USB drive and put to a PC and edit that specific file with some imaging program (I suggest using a Photoshop or Macromedia Fireworks 8 - OLD program but I have this for years and always do imaging on that program) and put your desired logo (but remember SAVE AS IT WAS, only press SAVE and rewrite , NO RENAMING of that file or "saving as" , otherwise app/process responsible for calling up logo to bootscreen wil not work or will be distorted or not there at all - black screen).
When saved, turn this file back to original place on unit and restart.
After restart you should see your logo on bootup.
