TS8 Andriod Unit Phone Dial Pad and Sms (Messaging) Problem

Last 7 days ago, I bought China Made Car Android Head Unit 9 inches 4G 2+32 TS8 to my car but in this player, not have phone dial pad and sms (Messaging) apk. My one is 4G sim card can use mobile data but not include dial pad and sms apk. So, I would like to know can I use dial pad apk with make a phone call & receive with sms also. I put player into sim card, can use mobile data but cannot make a phone and sms. So, I would like to know how to do that of dial pad with make a phone call and send/receive sms. Please help to me.

Almost certainly not an MTCB unit.
Post MCU version and or suggest finding the appropriate forum. Be prepared to post details of your head unit, because there are many different types. Start with reading the wiki.
