TS9 (Navifly M400) Cant upgrade system

Hi, what was your password for factory restore or dev settings? Because I have the same model as you and it was not 3368, but 7890 which is associated with the ts7 on the mekede site, but not the m400. Maybe we were sold the ts7 and not the m400 meaning we have to use the the update file for the ts7...

Hello, back again to confirm system update success for the mekede M400. It is the Ts9 update on mekede site. I am now looking for a firmware (MCU) update. if anybody has any info, please let me know

I bought a Navifly M400 (TS9) 2 years ago, it has always been buggy so I asked for a system update,
They emailed me this link to download the firmware.

The only instructions were to Unzip and copy to a USB, once inserted into the head unit, it will automatically update.

I tried that and two different USB's but nothing happens, I even went to the car settings and tried System Update/MCU Update but again nothing.

The files are different to other firmware's i have seen on this forum:

Normally the system updates everyone mentions and is flashable by Car Settings > System Update is the the split up system.img file that looks something like below:

No MCU update, but here are two system updates : one is the latest (the one which was taken off the official site), and one that mekede customer service sent to me which is older :

I dont know the reason but the original rar shows that the file is damaged when I try to unzip it. Please help

I dont know if is my problem with rar, but one of the files I cant unzip, it says that the file is damaged.

Unfortunately mi problem still torments me because I cant enter to "system"

My problem is thah when I start on the car, the audio car player (ts9) the screen shows "android 10, then move on android logo and stay there forever. So I cant enter to option and nothing. Even the reverse camera dont show nothing, the screen still show "android" logo. ( I attached the photo that shows the screen logo in that mi audio car player stay)

I put the files in a usb in fat32 but nothing happens.

Maybe I have to recovery mode, but I have some techs to enter but nothing work for me.

I need help please.
