@hunting_ You're flashing the Nexus 6 firmware. Product/variant says shamu XT1100. Try flashing firmware meant for the XT1254, if that's what you have.

Also the bootloader is locked, so if someone managed to get the shamu bootloader on there somehow, the phone is officially destroyed.

Also also, the phone in your first picture is not the same as the phone in your second picture, so now I'm really confused.

If that picture is your phone, the one that says it's shamu and doesn't have the capacitive buttons that the XT1254 has, you do not have a XT1254. You have a Nexus 6. If it is not your phone, why are you showing it to us?

i have a solution

Too bad we can't use this to reprogram the turbos to be the xt1250 so that the bl can be unlocked.I bricked my phone purposely to try and flash the XML of the moto maxx and it will only let me flash the system for the turbo.It does unbrick your phone though,did it 3 times in a row so it definitely works.

I have the solution, I was researching for 1 week and finally I was able to do it.

Hi

When I turn on my Droid Turbo it will loop 2x and then stall with an image the Android guy laying on his back with his belly service door open with a red triangle with an exclamation mark. Below the Android guy it says No command.

The phone will remain in that state for like 3 minutes. It will then try to boot 2x (displays the white Motorola logo and the "Powered by Android") and returns to the sleeping Android guy.

Any ideas out there?

I can get to this. But when I scroll down to Restarrt bootloader or Recovery mode, and I select, it just goes back to looping to the Moto logo 2x and pauses on the dead android guy.

after flashed rom above, phone restarts but the screen flashes and does not display. I still hear the boot sound. i don't think the screen was broken because i still boot to fastboot normally
