Turn off airplane mode to make a call

I recently moved to Xiaomi EU ROM
Everything is Okay except sim card detection
When I try to g t a call it says Turn off airplane mode to make a call

I no it's not actually a airplane mode issue , it's a no service issue

I tried flashing many roms including official China, global, eea but non of them are suppot

Also I flash the persist.img but that also doesn't work

Still I have the RADIO OFF issue

Actually what is this, unfortunately no forgot to backup before move to EU ROM

So what can I do for this. Expecting a great help

I have the same issue it happened after I updated to MIui 12.5 and still have it even after flashing the old rom 12.0.1 even I tried a custom rom same issue

check you IMEI in the dial pad with *#06# u won't find it
