So we have two Turbos on Verizon and terrible coverage inside the home. We have the Samsung SCS-2U01 network extender set up and we just can't figure out how to get the phones to connect to the device. We've tried multiple places throughout the home to get the best coverage but it just doesn't make any sense. If I stand in the exact center of the house, it will connect to the microcell that is 10 feet away with a great connection. As soon you move from that spot, it drops the extender for the inadequate LTE signal.
Digging into the network extender: There are no options other than placing our phones on a priority list, so we're stuck looking at the phone. Unless there is some backend page that I'm not familiar with? We're only able to view it through the My Devices tab on the VZW website.
Unfortunately I can't root one of the devices (company phone with airwatch installed) so I would hope there is something that could be done with the settings. We currently have them set up for either global or LTE/CDMA, as we were doing a test between the two phones to see if either would matter.
any and all help is greatly appreciated!
