Turn off the call forwarding dialog boxes in VZW Note 2 Jelly Bean 4.3

So just like the title says, is there some prefs file I can edit to turn the annoying question every time I turn call forwarding on and off. I was on version 4.1.2 for a couple of years and never had to be bothered with a stupid question asking me if I really want to do what I have been doing for 10+ years.
