Hold up. I take my last comment back. Something told me to try this again and it does work. I just didn't understood the steps correctly. Many, Many, Many thanks to whoever came up with this solution and they guy or gal that shared it with me.

The steps should read:
accessibility > motor & cognition > enable touch assistant > press people icon > hold home icon >
in google now search settings > settings > apps > disable setup and setup wizard > restart > voila you can now access your phone
factory reset!

this must have been patched because when I hold home, it says "please finish setup first" and returns me to the main setup screen. These bypass hacks don't work anymore. What can I do?

It works! Try it again... you have to hold on the home button after touching the people icon. Type settings in the google now search bar.

Doesn't work for me ... pressing and holding the home button does nothing ......the people icon just goes gray and nothing.. :(

no accessibility option in beginning of setup

I have this LG G Vista that has been locked up by googles frp previous account login sync lock, this would be easy to bypass by the accessibility option exept that there is no accessibility option in beginning of setup, further more i get into to download mode but the MTP driver fails to install everytime.....any ideas?

Thread cleaned. Let's please stop the accusations. As I mentioned previously, there are many instances that someone can be locked out of a device that they legitimately own. Do not assume that because someone is locked out of a device, then it must stolen.

Verified on US991 on 20a firmware.

From the first bootup screen, go to Accessibility, Motor and Cognition, turn on Touch Assistant.
Press on the icon that comes up, then press Home. In the Google search box that comes up enter settings, you'll see settings pop up, hit it, go to Apps. hit upper right three dots for menu, select Show System.
Disable every single Google app (Chrome, Slides, Sheets, Gmail, maps, Youtube, Hangouts etc. etc anything that is Google in origin.)
Disable all Google Play everything including Play Services and Store
Disable Google Account Manager and Google App
Disable Google services like calendar and contacts sync, text to speech I think, services framework, one time init, and partner setup
Also went to Security, Administrators, and removed Device Manager
---pretty sure I covered it...
back out of menu, reboot phone.
You should be able uncheck Wi-Fi and Mobile networks and still be able to hit Next at the bottom right, FRP check is disabled. Once it boots all the way into the interface, go to Settings, Backup and Reset and do a factory reset.

Done.

This does NOT work. Touching "home" says "complete setup first"...... no idea what version of android im on ......... the LG V10 I bought on ebay is a brick at this point.

nitrous relax numb nuts..... I work at a pawn shop and get shafted by users that pawn android phones with their credentials but never come back to pick up their phones once the contract is up.... so I'm stuck resetting bricks..... this software can actually save me money and who can control the use of a software..... certainly not YOU. if it helps bring back a phone to life and use it so be it..... if you want to buy a phone and get it bricked if lost.... GET AN IPHONE.....

all I'm saying if you are going to be pissy about how software can be used legally or not you are in the wrong forum.... thanks to the poster for the APK.... I can finally reduce revenue loss
