I have no problem but I didn't login with my user/pw in this program
Really : if microsoft loses time on banning people instead adding functions to wp , so deserves to go bankrupt

Was there any process with this app to get a Interop unlock ? If this can open up a dev unlock with 10 apps with out even logging in and It must be accessing the registry, this should be possible.

No it's not possible .
The own Microsoft Registration Tool does it too but we can't use it for interop unlock
it works differently

i installed a bunch of drivers too but it still not working!

If you have a developer account so it's better to official sdk unlock app

i fixed it myself. turns out it was a driver problem. fixed and now i have an unlocked Lumia 525

Developer unlock -> Install Preview For Developers -> Get Developer Preview Update
So your phone is unlocked!!

Just search for sideloading
At first you need the sdk installed on your pc otherwise you cant do anything
After installing the software you just go to windowsphone aplication deployment
