the same question here!
Where to get RUU 3.20.401.1?
it seems like there is none at the moment. but i found this way and managed to completely go back to stock this way:

download the odexed version from the thread (as ota updates are only mentioned for odexed, dont know if deodexed works)
also the boot.img and the recovery

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1546970

unlock the device and flash a custom recovery.
flash the odexed stock rom through the custom recovery
go back to bootloader
extract the boot.zip and flash it with double click on the .bat (if youre on windows)
extract recovery.zip and also flash it with double click

after that just reboot to bootloader again and relock the hox, then youre done :)

VODAP001.

Hi, I was rooted with custom rom installed. I needed to go back to stock 4.1.1 so I flashed my nandroid back up, installed stock recovery and re-locked the bootloader. I tried running a couple of Vodafone UK RUUs to update but they failed. Wrong bootloader I think.

I am on
Bootloader 1.36
CID VODAP001
Main version 3.14.161.27
Baseband 5.1204.164D.30

Is there any updated RUU I can run?

Any help appreciated
