Hi, I want to show you the way to change bootlogo on your Lumia.

On Lumia we has two logo.
First logo appear after boot(it's Nokia or Microsoft).
Second logo appears when windows loading . (it's blue tiles)

ok, what need to change logo?
1) unlock phone using WPInternals
2) ext2fsd (just google it)
3) Image (you can draw it yourself)

lets go:
first load your phone in masstorage mode (see WPI)
then open ext2mgr (see ext2fsd install folder), and find FAT partition with size 8160K, then assing letter for it (RMB> "assign drive letter").
(if you find the right partition is name will be PLAT)
In root of assigned drive you find files "logo1.png" and "logo2.bmp", you can just replace it with your files, but this files must be the same resolution as originals.
then unmount drive in ext2mgr (RMB> "change drive letter"> "remove") and reboot phone.

PS. if you have trubles with finding partition...
1) partition has type FAT
2) partition has size ~ 8M
3) partition has name PLAT
this tips help you to find PLAT partition))
