Getting tot roms are hard for nexus 5 because they are only availabla LG employees who work in lg service shops or for those guys who have access for LG B2B (ID and password).

If we wont get any leak in 1-2 months for the new android 4.4.3 then I will make a tot file with the factory images from google. I managed to almost understand the structure of the tot file. There are few things which I do not understand in the structure, but I havent spent too much time on cracking the tot file format as well.

I have little question here.
On the video i see two drivers (serial and modem) installing. I'm on Win 7 and i don't see them (only two different drivers installing and one unknown failed). I tried to update my LG united mobile drivers with thishttp://tool.xcdn.gdms.lge.com/dn/downloader.dev?fileKey=UW00120120425. Then i went to the download mode again but the screen was crashing and ''scratching'' so i rebooted to google logo and turned it off trough fastboot mode (my phone doesnt boot any rom). I tried again but when i went to the download mode ... my kernel crashed I had two options: stay in download mode or reboot. I chose second option because it asked about dumping something and sending it to LG. I really don't know what to od. Any ideas ?

What do you mean by your kernel is crashed? Is it possible to provide screenshots?

At this point I can only recommend to use an other pc.

luckily i can still access bootloader; when my kernel crashed a similar information appeared but on black background whit a bit different title ,, Kernel crash!'' on the bottom and with the same options to choose. Also my bootloader is locked and temper flag says false so i'm going to RMA in few days

As I see your bootloader is crashing, maybe because of a faulty emmc chip, when parts of the internal memory becomes inaccessible. Is your phone crashes in fastboot too? If not can you reflash the bootloader? If it still fails then the only thing you can do is RMA it.
(That dload mode you see in the options is not the LG flashtool download mode. It is the qualcomm donwnload mode.)

By flash stock images you mean that you run flash-all.bat then you have already reflashed your bootloader and you should rma your device. If you havent used the flash.bat then try it for this time.

I was almost allways runing flash-all.bat (once i did it manually - but not first or last time). It didn't help. I'm going to RMA now. Thanks for help !

i have flashed by lg flash tool as ur tut...but my screen dont see anything(black) but i can come download mode
after flash complete,my green still blink blink,but it dont stop,i try wait 1hour but its not stop
