[TUTORIAL]How to Theme Samsung Android 4.4, 4.3 and 4.1.2

hello sir.
i saw your thread about theming 4.1.2 thnx 4 information.
i want help
using jkay frame and flash a theme .but theme cant change system backgrounds to transparent and also pull down menu.i have change both png files to transparent png files in framework/drawable-nodpi but it remain black.if i placed image png background it works if transparent png it comes black
plz help maybe any change in .xml.

Know this is not a FAQ, but hoping you could assist...I posted this over in Android Themes question and still have stumped the lot.

Anyone know where in the wide wide wide world of sports the color codes for the settings menu text colors is/are for the Samsung camera for GS3?

And, also the same for the Samsung Gallery (The white text) I have exhausted all usual files, to include smali.

mind telling me how I can "blur" the table backgrounds to give it a frost look?i want to make a iOS 7 style theme with the settings background,notification center background etc. but am not clear on how to give it the same "blur" effect any help would be great thanks
