Did you open the command window from the root folder? If so just copy and paste the command that way you can rule out typos

fastboot-mac
HTCDriver3.0.0.007
MacUser
openrecovery-twrp-2.4.40-jewel
Read Me First
SuperSU-v1.25
Superuser-3.2_RC3-arm-signed

so which one to copy ?
so sorry if i sounded dumb
but this is my first android
and i'm doing this in an Old windows 7 32bit machine as my Mac is still in apple for servicing.

You wont find the cmd in the folder, its a cmd to tell fastboot what to do with your token. are you sure you have your token in the folder with fastboot ?

i restore my phone to factory setting, now it work
but i'm stuck again
this time when i want to install the twrp recovery
the cmd windows is telling me that its sending the twrp to phone
but it stays there after 1 hour still :(

what is the correct driver for this ?
my machince is windows 7 32 bit
because there's few driver available from the first page and also another driver inside the zip file
so it kind of confusing.

Delete anything HTC from your PC/reboot your PC/ then install the drivers that are inside the folder and let them finish installing once you plug your phone into your PC

i did that and still it won't work
i tried in 2 different computer
1 wunning win 7 64 bit and another one 32bit
the problem is the same
both computer seeing the EVOLTE just fine
the EVOLTE showing "fastboot USB" mode
but then it stuck on sending recovery
i leave it for few minutes and still the same

how long does it take normally to send the rcovery to the phone ?
and can you please give me the link to the proper driver for the 32 bit and 64 bit windows 7 ?

thank you so much.

If you already have Samsung drivers installed, should you uninstall them before installing HTC drivers or will it be fine?
