After you get S-OFF you will be unlocked them you just need to flash twrp and install SuperSU or Superuser and you will be good to go any questions feel free to PM me

Wow I'm really excited to root my phone. I am new to this of course the last and only other time I rooted my phone I use Regmod. Does this file include unlocking the bootloader or should I already have it unlocked?

I could use some help

I am really new to the rooting of the phones I have downloaded aii of the files I am unlocked and have the twrp in recovery but when I get to install in twrp I can not find supersu. Like I said I downloaded and extracted all files I open up the command prompt in the same folder everything is extracted in. Do I need to download supersu separately I'm lost at this point
Bootloader says unlocked and tampered
I have evo 4g lte running ota jb update
H boot 2.09
S-on

On a sidenote would this work on a brand new white one from Sprint? Might get one, I got an OGEVO since launch. Was thinking of S3 because ease to root, but HTC is quality.
