^^^^ What he said :)
Any other questions...ask away
Ok, couple more.... Lol. Firewater website says to uninstall sync manager and a couple other apps... Would I need to use Tibu to do that? And I thought those were system apps so I'm a little confused... Sorry for the excessive questions, I am definitely a HTC noon.

HTC Sync Manager is installed on your PC so you can sync you phone to your PC.
The other stuff the mention are drivers.
Tibu is not a problem

I downloaded the sync manager last night. Actually thought it was kinda cool but I will uninstall it before I flash. After doing the s-off is it ok to reinstall the sync manager? Again, thanks for all the help guys.

Edit: I don't need to remove all the other drivers for my other devices before I flash do I?

I used this tutorial and files to help in the rooting process and everything went great thanks to the help of you guys. I've been reading up a little bit about OTA updates and if I'm correct I can't receive any updates while using twrp. Is this correct, and if so, where can I find the factory recovery? I'm on the 1.54.651.8 software version. I figured I'd ask here since y'all know your stuff about HTC. (Admitted HTC noob here) lol.

Edit: I noticed there is a stock recovery in the DL file but it is not the same as my current version.

Correct you must be on a stockish rom and have stock recovery installed to take the OTA.
There should be a folder inside with the stock recoveries included if not download again I have added them recently.

I have the 1.12.651.17 recovery in the DL file. Is there a newer recovery than that one included now? Or is it ok to use that one?

I re-downloaded your zip from the op and all I am seeing in the stock recovery folder is the 1.12 version... Maybe I'm not looking or downloading from the right place, but just giving you a heads up. Could you post me a link please? I know I could probably use the older recovery, but it kinda gives me the willies doing that.. Man, I cant find that 1.54 stock recovery anywhere... Elusive little bastard...

The device would be using the 1.12 recovery to install the OTA anyway. Not sure why you think you needed the 1.54 .
