Step 2: Extract it and run 'Runme.bat'

Step 3: Enjoy!

It'll work on any firmware

Edit: Actually it does but you need a custom kernel for that firmware and it isn't stated in the OP. Just search it in the Xperia V development section

Yes it is. Flash DoomKernel and then flash SuperUser or SuperSU through CWM

You actually can if your bootloader is unlocked. Get the kernel from vKernel. They support .145 FW.

you can connect your phone to flashtool in android debugging mode then hit BLU then follow the onscreen instruction, you should see your phone bootloader status in there..
