[TUTORIAL] S-Off & Update to Android 4.3

Hello all,
I'm stuck!

I have an HCT one mini on Hboot 2.21.0000

M4_UL PVT SHIP S-ON RL

OS-2.12.61.3

I have tried every tutorial, and adapted a little myself adding a su here and a su there.
On revone I never get an error-2, rumrunner, firewater, not thing is working.

Can someone maybe throw me down a different track, maybe even different rom/kernel.
Closest it feels that I got was on PAC-rom.
Desperate for s-off/ superCID

Hi i m on stock rooted android 4.3 with hboot 2.21 and supercid, i want to relock everything to stock because i am unable to update through ota what steps i should follow please guide me i am confused
(i have an international device rom version 2.12.401.1)

Can someone pleas help. I'm on 4.4.2, HBoot 2.21 and I have root. But revone gives me error code 1, and I cannot get S-OFF.

-EDIT: I used ./revone -p (small P) and revone said successful, and after ./revone -s 0 -u it also said successful, but when I reboot to bootloader I'm still S-ON

-EDIT 2: It seems that RumRunner did the trick. Failed on first try at pouring 2, but showed S-OFF in HBoot. 2nd try worked fine.

I did it all but when I did "./revone -P" i keep getting "Gaining root access (thanks to Dan's motochopper)...Segmentation fault (core dumped)" and not sure whether to continue to the next step or what to do from here?

Is your phone rooted?

If you are rooted...
Enter adb shell
Type "su" and press enter
After you press enter, you'll get a prompt on your phone to Grant SuperUser access to adb. Grant that!
Now your adb shell prompt should change from $ to #

You don't have to use that particular rom. I think any rom with an unsecured kernel will work. I used mini whooper's stock sense 6 rom for example, but I was already on the new partition layout.

Yes i know that, but i need the one i mentioned cause i'm on old partition layout atm and sense 5.5 So someone please mirror jmz one ^.^

Trig has a couple of roms in the dev section for old layout with unsecured kernel.

Did you get "error message -2"

On the -P command?

Did you make sure to use an uppercase P there? It makes a difference.

Yes mate all as for tutorial steps, got error 2 rebooted and got successful. And yea i know that i'm not new with linux uppercase stuffs btw i did copy paste so no error on command side, just that ugly S-ON still

Error 2 or Error -2?

edit: I'd probably try rumrunner if i was you. I've only gotten revone to work when coming directly from stock (hboot 2.19 with 4.2.2, sense 5 OS)

How to flash this rom and this kernel? From recovery? And whats the steps?

1)flash the rom with a full wipe
2)reboot recovery
3)flash the kernel
4)reboot

It's right?


P.s. I'm on sense 6 and 4.4.2 stock rom. It's ok this? (sorry for all this questions xD)

Bootloader loop

So my HTC One Mini is rooted an unlocked and when I try flashing the ROM and Kernel is goes fine but then it's in a bootloader loop.

Any solution?
I'm trying REVONE to S-OFF because rumrunner tells me i need an "unsecure" kernel to continue the S-OFF process and I don't know where to find this.
