Days ago I was with my Moto G1 XT1033 that did not leave the screen in fastboot mode after an unsuccessful OTA update, well I followed several tutorials until I was able to undress it via blank flash and it did not leave the screen in the fastboot mode. I installed several roms and nothing, until I saw a comment from a person in another forum to install the rom Asia Retail Android 5.1, and for happiness I got it!

Installation Tutorial:
1: After downloading Rom, create a folder called Rom on your local disk of your PC or Notebook.
2: Extract downloaded Rom into loose files in the Rom folder you created.
3: Also extract the files flash5.1.zip and mfastboot.zip and bootlogo.zip into the Rom folder, connect your smartphone even with "failed to validate boot image" or "failed to validate recovery", open the command window inside the Rom folder and type mfastboot reboot and enter, your MotoG will restart, if the battery is Ok let's continue, if not let it load until it is Ok.
4: Double-click on the flash5.1 file already extracted, when prompted to click on any key click, wait for the rom to install and your MotoG will come back to life!
NOTE: Made and approved in the Moto G1 XT1033 Falcon, maybe it will work on other models!
NOTE: I am new to the forum and I can not post external links yet, copy the link in your browser and remove the spaces from the link!
NOTE: the startup will take 5 to 6 minutes!
