Try deleting "data/nvram" folder and reboot.

There is no such folder Data/NVRAM, Also I tried to downgrade it to V. 3.06, it was sucessfull, Now I'm at V 3.06. But now it does not upgrades also. tried to Write MAC Address and IMEI, but nothing happens.

MAC Address problem resolved, NVRAM deleted and set rebooted, Now only issue with IMEI no. and BT etc. could not be written from the tool you provided.

The right name is "ota-update.zip"...

Yes it is the same. Somehow I d managed to upgrade. IMEI could not be written niether by vhamelephon or the writer. Due to this sim could not be detected.

Ok...I think the better thing you can do is to reflash a stock firmware in Sptools format,it should fix your problem..
(Probably you got a corrupted nvram partition)

In "Data Base" section locate&select:

MDDB_UMIZERO (for MD DB_1 )
APDB_UMIZERO (for AP DB )
(You can find them inside folder "DB" of the extracted UmiZeroNvramWriter.zip)

I cannot get this to work. Not clear exactly what to do and the program 'not responding'.
