[Tutorial] Unlocking BootLoader

Bro anyone know how to unlock Lenovo Vibe k4 note boot loader

I have problems
When I go to device manager, I can't find (S1_fastboot and android phone) . I mean there is nothing like that attall.
What should I do,
2) when I open fastboot in the (sdk platformtools) it doesn't run, what is wrong with this??
3)I fairly need to unlock my bootloader, Plz help me guys

OMG Thank You Very Much My Xperia Arc S was stuck at boot loop i read your post followed the instructions and unlocked the bootloader and Xperia was working again. . . Once again Thank U
