I know im responding to an old thread but I have questions if anyone is still reading

This is what happened when I typed cmd prompt
java -jar apktool.jar b [my apk package.apk]
I got currious and did some small changes in some xml files
below is an example of what I changed I was going to do it to my wifes phone to mess with here
cause she is a wifi geak lol...I thought it would be funny to see her face when she saw it

in return I get these errors when i tried to compile the apk

at brut.androidlib.readMetaFile(androlib.java:142
along with a few others like this error with java 159/154/182/67/
then says about. caused by:brut.directory.abstractDirectory.PathNotExist: apktool.yml java 103
and java 138...4 more
