Huh? The TV B Gone is a separate device and has nothing to do with the tablet. As for using the Sony's IR transmitter, there is no off button that will cycle the codes as you seem to be looking for, but just using the Remote Control app's Register New Device and giving the correct brandname will usually give you a functional power button.
