I saw similar troubles with the Note 4's CM12 development for Exynos, so I'll ping the devs over there. This will probably include some more complex rewriting which I never really did. Not with modems anyways.. But with their input and experience with similar troubles, we should manage hopefully :)
I'll tell you more when I looked into it, no idea what might be wrong, so won't speculate for now
thank you

hi mythos, been following post and notice that you have been VERY helpful ,sadly to say there are not much developer like you. i dont even own a japan model but i hope it works because it will be a similar case with the hong kong and china model g9250 .thanks mate hope that all developers will work in the same direction as you.
Thanks a lot :)
I'm rushing ready a build with AOE5 goodness before I launch the proper R5. Don't want to withhold it from you. And I a final exam ahead of me, so I won't be on here that much for a while. For now I need to use C to write something for my project and get it over with. Maybe 5.1.1 will be upon us soon? :D

Really hope I can use this rom with my other s6 edge g9250

Sent from my SM-T705 using XDA Free mobile app
Definately on the list, but I'm not sure how/if F Roms will work on your phone, even with a supported kernel. We saw some problems with some variants in the past, lets hope that you won't be affected by it

Short headsup on the delay:
The build for F&I is ready, we're testing now. Onboard is AOE5 and Direct Memory Access plus configuration for it. Thanks Sammy for the latter especially :D
And I took another variants daring approach and turned off OOM, which could fix the Multitasking problem. At least I can hardly think of a different reason to turn it off, but maybe Samsung was confused that day. Thats why we are still testing. mDNIE Control is out again, I'll be sitting together with Andrei and annoy him with debugging, so that he will hopefully get it running ;)
Anyways, this build already feels more fluent than any other I ever made.

If you're talking about the memory leak problem, here is the fix. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=61260005&postcount=80

Hi, not sure what you mean though. The Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime? If so, I'm afraid not. Already at our maximum capabilities with what we already got on our heads, so more blind builds are not going to happen, or at least not anytime soon, sorry.

Couldn't fix the RAM problem with the new build, so I'll make a T/W8 build and it's good to launch. With the fix for the funny battery behaviour on that variant. Sorry for the delay, I got a lot on my head

Happy to test for the SM-G9250

I've got a 9250 I'd be happy to test your kernel on! My originated in Taiwan, but there are a lot of these all around the world due to their early availability (I'm in New Zealand).

hi,there is a lot of g9250 due to the signal band that support both tdd lte and fdd lte in other words it gets 4g coverage in almost every country.
there are 4 country that sell this version ,hong kong, taiwan, macau and china.but those from china do not support gapps

SimplKernel RXF released (G925F & G925T)

First and foremost:
Please don't contact me via Mail, I will not respond. I got threads, builds, exams and basically my own life to worry about as well. Especially at the moment. If you seek help or support, please post a thread where it belongs to be or reply here if it is regarding the builds. I rarely check my mails and don't know everything - RD doesn't mean that I can answer every question or fix everything ;)
Thanks for the understanding.

Build for T/W8 will follow shortly, messed up my build area again. This is only for F & I.

Changelog
Code:
#SimplKernel RXF
- Removed mDNIE Control + switchback to mDNIE Lite (temporarily)
- Some [B]AOE5[/B] cherry-picks
  - Sensorhub, MemoryManagement etc.
- Added and configured Direct_Memory_Access (Thanks to Samsung Japan)
- Tons of patches (see Github)
- Disabled the OOM-Killer (out-of-memory-killer) (Samsung Japan)
 - We're still testing whether this actually has a practical purpose in daily usage or not
- Probably stuff I forgot, I always forget something

Download

The funny version name...
As announced, this isn't the promised R5 build, neither is it unified. It's only for the G925F.
The reason for the name is that I hate to bother with numbers when making testbuilds for myself and
this is basically nothing more than a current snapshot. It will also come as OTA for SimplRom users shortly.
