Need to disable DVFS (dynamic voltage frequency scaling ) if you are on a tw base. If your on an aosp base you just need to select a different hotplug . msdecision won't allow overclock. Note: the latter is also necessary on tw . Just so we are on the same page, you can see over clock frequency right ? It just doesn't stick when you apply ?

Lol almost forgot there is a modded Kernel auditor that has the dvsf control https://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/snapdragon-dev/rom-nameless-mm-lightfastdeodexed-t3363547 scroll down to you see "Get Everything Here" the modded auditor in there
i instelled the auditor from nameless thread but still no other frenquencies above 2.6ghz avaible. 2.6ghz id the last one...

You literally just download the version related to the correct recovery you're using (in my case TWRP) then you boot into recovery, install the zip, and go.
Thant's it... In my experience you don't even have to wipe Data/Cache I've seamlessly jumped between.

Which rom are you running?
If running note 7 ports or Norma roms. Try flashing the one that Lanc-city's modded kernel.

Small update I now have xceed kernel, pretty much same speed, but device not getting so sick hot sometimes and I have great battery life.

Can some one tell me which rom i can use with this kernels, except Emot roms?
Because i tried Dr.Ketans roms and Red Dragon Rom and no luck for using kernels on them.
