Edge screen might be, but why mickeys kenel works and emotion does not work at all If i understand right the sourse code is same.

I had Emotion kernel on my N915G stock rom, it was working, apart from the Edge screen wakeup and battery drain...
Mikey is working fine for me...

Look in the Michey rom thread, it should be there... to my knowledge it should work for all variants of the N915... but i could be wrong, so make a nandroid backup before try anything, just in case...

Any kernel update.?? I tried Emotion and had the same problem for the battery drain, plus some unexplained lag at times. I have a N915F Edge. Looks like there is not much of kernel development or following over here. Can we try kernels released for Note 4 instead.

I`ve tryed note 4 kernel and no go :crying: So we have to live with we have.

Just a quick note on the new version r23 for Note Edge, I have nearly doubled my battery life with this new kernel, over r22 ! This is with stock N915FYXXU1COK2 rooted and nothing else fancy enabled

Every try to Flash R23 for SM-915T I get a blank screen.
I have to do a battery pull to boot up again.

Any suggestions?

It was ES File Explorer downloading the page instead. Simple mistake.
But now I've flashed the correct file, but seem to be stuck at the "Set Warranty Bit : Kernel" Screen...
Got to recovery, reflashed the ROM, now boot looping.

Going to ODIN.

As an aside, I could not get PayPal to accept my donation. It kept telling me that I hadn't typed the amount in correctly.

Of course I did. Several times. It's a number, a period, and then two zeros. Bastages!

Current Version

As you can see there are 2 version for every variant. 1 variant it's for Zerolemon batteries and the another for stock batteries.

Thanks. Was looking forward for a new fixed release with the battery drain problem addressed.

Quick questions, the zero lemon version is for
1. Any Zero lemon battery or only the extended more mAH battery (6000MAH or others) ?
2. Can it be used with any other brand extended battery (like Anker or Hyperion or any thing else available) ?
3. Any side effects if it is used with the Stock Samsung or any other brand battery with the same ratings of the stock battery ?

I've installed the original firmware with kernel r23, synapse says No UCI detected. I installed tekhd stock lollipop which comes with r22. Same thing. I've tried reinstalling multiple times. I downloaded synapse off the play store.

No more Synapse support, use Kernel Adiutor or Trickster Mod...

Where can i find Kernal for N915G. ? All files showing N915F in that folder.

I have tried on multiple occasions to flash r23 on my 915t Note Edge and every time the phone will not boot. Gets stuck at the first screen with red and yellow writitng at the top and says not seandroid enforcing. Will not complete the initial boot. I have tried multiple downloads thinking maybe I got a corrupt download .
