Since it is not the same and it is a little different from TheMr why didn't he add the link of inspiration?

set with kernel adiutor:
Screen Red 200 Green 200 Blue 200
and max Brightness in setting

Just saying that TheMr did those Custom SystemUI for TW before him, and they're very similar. By the way, it's not my proble since I won't install them
