How customizable is this compared to AllianceROM?
Honestly not as much. There is a bit of overlap between the two (similar outcomes though interestingly enough distinct implementations to get there) and there are things one does that the other does not. A huge one is the sheer volume of color changing options Alliance has. @Goldie is a machine and has quite the setup going for things typically assigned to themers (icons, colors, etc.), where my little mess lacks such things. I'd like to think I have one or two unique things, but who knows at this point lol. Point of this message is to say you might as well give it a spin to see what you think, but it won't have nearly the theme-ish options available as Alliance does.

I'm having trouble putting a lock screen password on my phone. It only allows for password. Not any of the few other types. Any ideas?
I've heard reports of this being related to bootloader differences... are others able to set pin or pattern? There should be a build.prop edit made that improves the situation but perhaps that is no longer the case...?

Its good we persevered with smali modding whilst all around were dumping it for xposed....people will appreciate it when lollipop drops with ART and xposed wont work anymore effectively wiping out the mods in 80% or so of roms ;)

Seems like lollipop will have no root and will be more loocked down as I've read in some article.

For some reason the updater-script is not seeing something it needs to (and that it used to) to force the att stuff in there when you straight flash it. I'll post a zip tomorrow that contains what you should've gotten.

Gunna have to look into why that isn't happy anymore...
Hey dwitherell, have you heard anyone using an n900a getting wifi calling for t mobile? It looks like when I put it on wifi only, it's stuck. When I change to a different option, it shows it on (probably false positive). I called tmo today and set up the emergency contact, but no dice. Just curious if I should bother trying...

I know that it has worked in the past - but it was a different phone. On the note 2 folks that had tmobile service and a tmobile rom but not a tmobile device were able to use tmobile wifi calling. You are not the first to mention problems with this (the second in fact) - but I am unsure how or why it worked on the n2 but not on the n3 (outside of some hardware difference that exists on the n3 but was not present on the n2). I have asked around a bit but have received little in the way of useful info on the topic... that being said if anything comes up as to the hows or whys regarding wifi calling with tmobile service on an att n3 I will be sure to pass the word along :)

Thanks for the reply. Something tells me this is related to the bootloader/kernel - N900As have locked bootloaders (thanks AT&T!), so while we might have similar specs and hardware, the software being loaded might be the cause.

Unfortunately for me, I got my phone a few weeks ago with the 4.4.2 locked bootloader. I think the devs on the AT&T side are getting close; they got SELinux from enforcing to permissive; now it's just a matter of time before someone can get a new kernel on, possibly aroma to work on the N900A.

Sorry for that little speech; great job on the ROM. Haven't had an issue with anything else, but I will keep you posted if I do.

Alright - things should be all set now :)

This wasn't all that popular before, and I know it looks a bit convoluted - but I hope those who have tried it in the past will feel some level of familiarity with it!

I hope all goes well, and apologies for any issues that may arise :)
Can you tell me what this is and how to access it please?

Sure :) There is a popupbrowser from the n2 that can be installed - you can either yank it from the main zip, or edit a modify.prop and flash the modificatinator (see op posts for instructions on this).

Love this rom! Any chance we can get the 3 minut battery mod baked in to the next update?? Here's my current setup with Sickmade's red. Straight up loving it. Would like to also have a blue theme that's compatible with this tweaked version.

Hey yall -

So while most are unaware of it, there are a number of options one can do at install with this. It involves a less-complicated-than-it-seems-at-first editing of a text file and placing it in a particular spot on the phone prior to flashing. I get that this isn't something most want to do, but I was curious if there was anything in there that people might want as a separate flashable. You can get info on what the options are from the Tweaked v3.9 Custom Install Information zip that is found in the Main Download Links section of the download post.

Also - I have a rather small update to put out... I will likely be posting it at some point today. It's nothing huge, just a few little things here and there :) I will upload both a full install version and a smaller update-only flashable zip for folks - and the smaller flashable should leave themes relatively unaffected so that's a bonus :)

Let me know on the separate flashable front!
