Two BT headsets at the same time

Is it possible to pair 2 BT stereo headsets to the Nook at the same time? I only have one headset so unfortunately I can't test this out.

Just curious as I had an unexpectedly long drive today with my girls. The Nook wedges perfectly between the 2 front seats in my car and would've been an ideal movie player for such situations with its big battery, decent screen, etc. And bluetooth would beat the heck out of a splitter and bunch of wires. Wires + little kids = constant issues.

I can't even get one headset to pair with the nook with out skipping in and out when more than 6" away.

What headsets are you using?

I have 2 pairs of these and I can test out connecting both of them at lunch today.

Rocketfish Mobile - RF-MAB2

EDIT:

I just tried connecting both headsets and it was a no go using the default bluetooth settings.

Once one pair is connected and you try to connect the next pair it just disconnects the first ones. So basically it just switches between each.

I can test some more.

I figured it was probably a longshot and had a feeling the outcome would be what you described. Thanks for trying though.

I have 2 sets of Motorola S805s although only have one on me at the moment as I let my brother (who's halfway across the country) borrow the other. Next time he's in town I'll try it, but at this point I think it may be just as easy for me at this point to do some DIY wiring and just run a couple (unobtrusive/semi-permanent) lines to the two seats in the back for more regular use.

You could get a y-splitter and plug into the headphones jack, and then run two sets of headphones (wired) to the nook for the girls in the back seat.

I was at best buy yesterday, and saw stereo bluetooth headphones. They run to each ear, and the band connecting them is the receiver. Pretty cool.

I know it isn't what you were looking for, but hopefully it helps with your issue.
