two lines Notification

When i swiped down the screen from the very top i can only see the beginning of the message (1 line). Is there a setting that i can enable so that i can read the whole message? Please check the picture below

Place 2 finger and drag on the notification you wish to expand

Thanks. Just tested and it works. Is there a permanent fix to it instead of swipping down with 2 fingers each notification?

Officially no. But you can try searching for xposed modules
