Possibly EMMC failure due to the message at the top.
However, have you attempted to flash with the PIT file?

But he'd also need compatible files to flash, hope he won't try it with a standard (full) update package, but has one with the 3 separate files for the Odin slots
It's irrelevant.
The PIT file is just the partition layout.
It matters not how the images are packed.

Sadly, I found myself in the same boat...I had flashed TWRP & rooted 18 months ago...forgot about this bug. Not knowing what else to do, I flashed the stock ROM, got my tablet back working. Can I just re-flash TWPR or do I need to follow the original instructions. Thanks in advance.

So...I found out it was back to the beginning. Fortunately, whilst stuck in TWRP, I did a backup, so returning to normal was not that big of a deal.

Hello, I have a problem. I have rooted my Samsung Galaxy S2 T719 and have no internet access since then. Programs like Discord, PlayStore work without problems. With the browser or e.g. Youtube I do not have internet. There is no message "no internet", but nothing happens.
After calling a link from Discord, I also get no internet, although I see everything in Discord.

I did the following:
On the brand new tablet, I flashed this firmware: "T719XXU2BRF4_T719OXA2BRF1_DBT"
Then I installed TWRP Recovery for SM-T713 / 719/813/819, Qualcomm MSM8976.
In TWRP I deleted data (including mount and check data) as written in the instructions, then installed Magisk and "Boot Image Patch (No verity no encrypt)".

Did I do something wrong? I bought the tablet new because my old one has the same problem. Since the tablet is a bit older, I thought it was a problem of the tablet. Now I have the problem but also with the brand new tablet. I did the same with the old tablet.

Guys, I am trying to install TWRP on the latest Samsung firmware (to install LineageOS) but I am having trouble. I can install TWRP with Odin without any issues but it won't start. When I try to boot to recovery the tablet says "could not do normal boot" and goes into download mode. The firmware works otherwise fine, but I just want to get rid of it and install LOS.

It's not the first time that I install a custom firmware on a Samsung tablet but I have never seen this error before.

I tried with two versions of everything: firmware T713XXS2BRI1_T713AUT2BRF1_HOME.tar.md5 & T713XXU2BSA1_T713AUT2BSB1_HOME.tar.md5, TWRP 3.3.1-0 & 3.3.0-0, and Odin 3.13.3 & 3.13.1

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!

I successfully rooted my T713 with Magisk using TWRP 3.3.0 on stock last year. Now I happily realized that there is a new Samsung firmware from August 31st of this year, Android Security Patch Level 01/Jul/2019, so I decided it would be a good idea to upgrade.
My data partition is encrypted, and I intend to keep it that way so nobody will have access to my data if the device gets stolen.

Flashing the new stock firmware with Odin -> no problem, boots fine (no root)
Flashing TWRP 3.3.1 with Odin -> no problem, recovery boots fine
Flashing Magisk 19.3 with TWRP -> work fine, BUT: from here on, I can't boot into the system anymore. The message I get is

"Verification Failed, Unable to restart your device. The Integrity verification has failed. You need to reset your device to factory default settings. This will erase all your data"

Now this is very annoying, as I don't want to lose my data er re-setup everything. I can re-flash the stock ROM with Odin, then it boots, but with no root.

I tried flashing no-verity-opt-encrypt from TWRP, but it won't flash, complaining about not finding the boot image.

Is there any way I can get root in this situation without having to re-format /data?

I am having the same problem like roberto. Did you manage to get around that problem? I tried to flash twrp with Odin and heimdall 1.4.2 but none of them works for me. I can flash it successfully but after reboot the tab remains in download mode. I just can restart the device and then i am in the stock android again.

Update:
I managed to get it work. I was using the wrong TWRP image. I used the twrp-3.3.1-0-gts210vewifi.img instead of twrp-3.3.1-0-gts210wifi.img and it started into TWRP right after reboot. So i can strongly advise anybody to doublecheck the image you are using when you are stuck in dowload mode. When you got the wrong image it says normal boot failed in the upper left corner and remains in download mode.

It seems that the latest workable TWRP for the device T719C is the special build: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=71281882&postcount=677
However, it only works for T719CZSU1AQB1-BRI (Android 6.0.1) but doesn't work for the latest firmware T719CZSS3BSH1-BRI (Android 7.0).
I also saw VeEuzUKY ever discussed it in 2018 but he couldn't find any solutions finally: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76600083&postcount=1028
I can confirm the fact that all versions of official TWRP for T719 doesn't work on T719C. What information should I provide if I want to get help in this thread?

adb backup to stream a backup directly to or from your PC, see documentation here (bigbiff)
    tweak MTP startup routines (mdmower)
support new Android 7.x xattrs for backup and restore to fix loss of data after a restore (Dees_Troy)
support POSIX file capabilities backup and restore to fix VoLTE on HTC devices and possibly other issues (Dees_Troy)
better indicate to users that internal storage is not backed up (Dees_Troy)
improve automatic determination of TW_THEME (mdmower)
minimal getcap and setcap support (_that)
try mounting both ext4 and f2fs during decrypt (jcadduono and Dees_Troy)

    Official TWRP App
    Mar 11, 2017

    Official TWRP App
The official TWRP app is the first and only first-party app developed by Team Win for TWRP. Please bear with us as we work to fix any bugs and build out the features. The initial version of the app does not support flashing on the Pixel due to the Pixel's A/B partition layout. In addition, the app may not support finding and flashing images from external storage locations. We are working hard to improve these items and bring you more new features.
    Download Links:
We recommend downloading the app from the Play Store.

If you do not have Play Store access, you may download the Official TWRP App here: https://dl.twrp.me/twrpapp/
How do I use the app?
When you first open the app, you will be greeted by a few options. First, you will need to agree not to hold us responsible for anything that happens to your device while using the app. You may also grant the app root permissions. The app will work without root, but some functionality like image flashing will be disabled. Lastly, you can opt into enabling InsightCore (more on this feature later).

Once you have passed this initial screen, you will be greeted with the app home screen where you can choose TWRP FLASH or NETWORK STATISTICS (more on the network statistics later). On the TWRP FLASH screen you will need to select a device. Once you have selected a device, the app will periodically check for new TWRP versions for the device that you have selected. The default interval is once per day, but you can tap on the settings icon in the upper-right to change the interval or disable the update check entirely.

If you enabled root access, you will see options for selecting an image and buttons for flashing the selected image to boot or recovery. Note that you should flash TWRP images to recovery. The boot image flashing is for flashing full boot images (not just kernel zImages) and should not be used for flashing TWRP.

    Update 1/4/2017
    TWRP 3.1.0-1 MM/NN build released.

    Current status: BETA

    Features:

    MTP working
    ADB working
    SEANDROID warning fix
TWRP and Kernel built from source
    System image backup
F2FS support >> To be added
    Twrp app support

    Bugs:
Reboot to recovery loop when using reboot utilities. Use hardkeys combo only to boot to recovery POWER + HOME + VOL UP
If you get stuck in a recovery loop reflash TWRP with auto-reboot enabled.

You flash this at your own risk. Please ensure you have the stock ROM to hand downloaded from SAMMOBILE in case of problems. This will trip the knox counter.

    Instructions:

Flash with ODIN 3.10.7 in the AP slot.
Put your device in DOWNLOAD mode.
    Uncheck Auto reboot.
Load the respective file below into the AP slot and hit start.
After flashing and ODIN reports PASS immediately reboot to recovery by holding POWER + HOME + VOL DOWN.
As soon as the screen goes blank change to VOL UP whilst still holding POWER + HOME.
You should now see TWRP recovery.

NOTE: ON SOME ANDROID 5.1.1/6.0/7.0 DEVICES IT IS NECESSARY TO GO TO:
Settings -> Developer Options -> OEM unlocking
AND ENABLE OEM UNLOCK FIRST OR YOU MAY ENCOUNTER 'BLOCKED BY FRP LOCK' WHEN FLASHING.

5Unselect all "Options" except "F. Reset Time".

    10 Shut Down Tab.
11Copy no-verity-no-encrypt_ashyx.zip to SD card in Tab.
12Boot into TWRP Recovery mode: turn it on by pressing and holding Volume UP + Home + Power Key.
13Flash no-verity-no-encrypt_ashyx.zip (NOT Image file as in Techbeasts Guide!)
14To Root: Flash "SuperSU.zip" with TWRP as in 11-12.
    #10
There's no real reason to shutdown, it can all be done in one fell swoop.
If you do want to reboot then it's sufficient to just use the reboot to recovery option in twrp.

    Everything else is good.
