Problems booting into recovery

Yesterday was the second time I faced this problem when trying to boot into recovery after flashing it, so this info may help others, too.

In order to boot into recovery, I somehow had to unplug the usb cable.

Afterwards I had no problem booting into twrp.

This seems to be reproducible for me.
