can you teach me how to flash the recovery?

My redmi pro now is miui 9.0, no developer options

i had flashed other ROM, none is good, I flash back to Stock rom.

Gave them a try but they are based on newer versions of Android and have more features so the resulting images are much bigger and do not fit the recovery partition of the Redmi Pro.

I rename the twrp.img to q.img and flash. It fail, may you help me ? Thanks alot

Hi everyone. Can I install this TWRP to a Redmi Pro 3 ? I put "Pro 3" in the search box, and found no mention.
Please be kind as I don't know so I ask to be sure. Thank you.
