You need to convert to Global ROM first. I'm not sure though how to do it.
But there is showing a11 support work in progress ,can i flash this latest twrp with latest oos11 ?? Will this twrp work?
In my opinion it may be best to use the msm tool to convert to global. At least that was always the thing to do with the 6t in the past. Unless things have changed, I believe that is still the route to go with the Tmobile variants. If I'm incorrect, I'm sure that someone will step in and, correct this post.

I did Boot twrp but it showed no data Android 12 nameless rom.I already upload the flashable zip with each release..

What should i wipe before flashing rom zip,sorry , I've never used twrp before , should i backup also any important partition before flashing any rom zip?
Use a backup app to backup your photos, files, etc. Do a full wipe in TWRP then type yes.

I misunderstood your question. I thought the zips were intended to be flashed using TWRP. Not Magisk flashable. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I definitely do not have any issues by the links provided by OP.
Infected zips can be flashed in TWRP or Magisk. I've used both ways to install.

1A/B have separate recoveries. As long as 12 has it's non twrp, the 11 with twrp should still work. But since oreo.... the end of awesome backups and roms that weren't bins, twrp now isn't as useful. Conflicting reports of backup/restore operations successfully conducted when titanium backup pro and my backup pro handle everything BUT camera pics, screenshots, and downloads.

Install oneplus usb driver, after disabling driver signature enforcement
Download and install platform tools, unzip and add the folder to Windows path,
"Settings > Advanced System Settings > Environment Variables > New"

open command prompt, or powershell, and:
fastboot flash recovery_a twrpname.img
fastboot flash recovery_b twrpname.img
Linux
Download and add to path (.bashrc) platform-tools:

dont forget udev rules if you're using ubuntu based distro:
