No need to patch boot. Just install magisk as indicated, format data then reboot. What OOS version do you have installed?
Can i go back from a custom rom to oos using full oxygen os update package in twrp or only msm will work?? Thanks
You can, just flash the latest full OTA zip using twrp. Are you running a custom ROM now?

After using b7 ,OOS was showing flashed successfully but after format data and reboot to system ,it booted back crdroidtry the new beta i've uploaded. i've flashed OOS EU without issues..

Yeah, on beta 6 it bootlooped fastboot. Cant test beta 7 rn cuz i dont have my pc with me.
Flashed stock recovery extracted from cos payload fixed bootloop.

Install oneplus usb driver, after disabling driver signature enforcement
Download and install platform tools, unzip and add the folder to Windows path,
"Settings > Advanced System Settings > Environment Variables > New"
Example -> http:///imgur.com/a/x8XOofQ
open command prompt, or powershell, and:
fastboot flash recovery_a twrpname.img
fastboot flash recovery_b twrpname.img
Linux
Download and add to path (.bashrc) platform-tools:
export PATH=$HOME"/platform-tools:$PATH"
dont forget udev rules if you're using ubuntu based distro:
