my c9 pro and laptop both got water damaged...i have sent them for repair...that is why no update...i will get them in 2-3 days then i will post rom(full of bugs )

In 4th step..where to take backup internal storage is not shown and in external storage in the end of backup it shows backup failed..

I factory restored device ..tried again but same and when i go to recovery ..it is the default recovery instead of twrp...

Help plz..

Now i flashed the original firmware on my phone and want to try again but i have some questions..
Usb debugging and oem unlock are on in developer options..i flashed twrp succesfully and booted into it..
1.in 4th step..where to take backup.twrp doesnt show internal storage...in external storage it takes backup of approx 6.5gb but at end says backup not complete..
2.in 6th step when i reboot to recovery..it is default recovery and not twrp...why
If somehow i ll get that
3.in 7th step...do we have to connect to pc while we are still on recovery or we have to reboot to os ..which i think is not possible...cause we wiped it already

Please clearify as I'm desperate to root and flash twrp..

EDIT: IT WORKED...IGNORE THE QUESTIONS..

Solution...
1.if internal storage is not shown while taking backup..just format data .
2.this time it properly booted to twrp
3.yes..while in recovery u can connect to pc and copy the files...
