TWRP Beta 8

First of all, sorry for my english.
I just update to beta 8 with a factory reset. My question is sample : can i install the modified TWRP and root my phone with SuperSu (SR5) ? If yes, can you tell me how please
I've read others treads but i didn't found the answer.
