This is brilliant for me. The top speaker is very loud though which concerns me but I trust the dev not to blow it! Honestly it's a weirdly great difference. Music sounds like it's got a new depth
is possible use this mod with viper4android for more bass and increase volume,without damage earpiece?
hopefully the real stereo mod will come one day soon as the s9 has that function which could be ported to the s8 , but for now this is a good option till someone posts the s9 sound.

I would like to have this mod with higher volume. Some youtube videos are barely audible even on max volume. Hope you listen to my little suggestion, as "v4a" or "dolby atmos" mods doesn't seem to help in this matter.

I'm new to this twrp stuff. Can i just install twrp to flash this mod without making any other changes to my phone or will it be rooted/wiped in the process? Thanks.
Installing TWRP itself won't make your phone automatically get root. But it does trip Knox, which become problem for some people.
Also, installing TWRP means your phone gets wiped if I remember correctly. You can check for it on the TWRP thread.
I've downloaded this mod today and speakers work perfect, but why does this affect the headphone audio too? It is VERY loud. Can this be fixed somehow? I don't know which options to change in mixer paths.

Hi i have tried using this mod and its working fine in my device. Thanks for that. But i am just having a concern if it is normal to produce heat on othe phone near the bottom speaker of the unit?

You need root in order to install twrp.
You need twrp in order to install flashable mod, like this one here.
Very good sound, but insane volume in call and ringtone, It almost breaks my ear when answering a call.
Will this work with the camera recorder? Cuz i was install dual speaker mod by otoneiru before and my camcorder won't work.
Hi, can see in latest update (03/13/18) you 'reduced gain'. In update (02/25/18) you 'increased Volume by 13%'
Could you elaborate on how higher/louder the mod is compared to stock and what does 'reduced gain' exactly mean?
